regular exercises, walks, yoga, meditation, peace of mind, stress
Free State of mind and good sound sleep at night helps in maintaining
beauty and retard aging of the skin. |
Nature also has its own ways of waning beauty. Unsightly dark pigmented
or red colored birth marks, pimples, scars due to pimples or chickenpox,
unwanted body hair may mar the beauty in some persons. These blemishes
may become hindrance in getting good lucrative jobs or good match
and may force many to remain unemployed, unmarried and unhappy through
out life. |
Both pleasures and stresses of life, along
with the simple passage of time tend to cause ones skin appear
older. These changes may be
pronounced even in younger generation exposed to excessive sunlight
and depletion of ozone in earth’s environment. One hopes to
grow old, yet fears old age for obvious reasons and one strongly feels
that growing old is like increasingly penalized for the crime haven’t
committed. These fears are not unfounded as aging tries to snatch
